New Roles of the Month: September. Four open positions across the YOUNG ecosystem, from The Hague to Dénia.

At YOUNG, we build businesses by bringing the right people together. This month, four teams across the ecosystem are looking for someone new, in the Netherlands and in Spain.

YOUNG: Operations & Stakeholder Manager, Netherlands

Many of our key people work internationally, so we are looking for someone on the ground in the Netherlands who acts as the local extension of YOUNG Holding. Not a classic corporate manager, but someone with energy, ownership and the drive to actually get things done.

You coordinate and solve operational matters, visit our locations to make sure quality and agreements are delivered, and are the local point of contact for notaries, lawyers, municipalities, banks, suppliers and contractors. You follow up on permits, contracts and renovations, support new openings, partnerships and licensing projects, and work closely with the teams of YOUNG Hospitality, YOUNG Real Estate and YOUNG Workspaces.

You are strong in execution, stay calm when a lot happens at once and see the work before anyone asks. Hybrid role, based at our office in The Hague.

YOUNG Hospitality: Venue Coordinator

For two of our restaurants in The Hague, a lively French brasserie and an atmospheric Italian restaurant, we are looking for people who get their energy from hospitality and are ready for their next step.

You are active on the floor, lead the team during service and make sure everything runs smoothly. Together with us, you think about how to make every evening as lively and successful as possible, with a full house, happy guests and a strong team.

This role suits someone with hospitality experience who wants more responsibility and room to grow. And we keep moving: next year, our beach club brings new opportunities to build on different concepts within YOUNG.

YOUNG Campus: Hospitality Intern

Join the founding cohort of YOUNG Campus: a six-month, hands-on internship at YOUNG.Learning Hotel in Rijswijk, starting October 2026.

You rotate through Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Operations and YOUNG Coffee, working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to daily hotel life. Along the way you get mentoring from industry professionals, leadership sessions and masterclasses, a personal Hospitality Passport that documents your development, and access to the YOUNG Campus Alumni Network.

We welcome candidates of all nationalities who bring curiosity, a willingness to learn and a love for great guest experiences. As part of the first cohort, you also help shape YOUNG Campus for everyone who comes after you. Places are limited.

YOUNG.Hotels Dénia: Entrepreneurial Operating Partner

YOUNG.Hotels Dénia is entering its next chapter. We are investing in an expansion towards 17 rooms, with the goal of welcoming guests into the expanded hotel in March 2027: a warm destination combining comfortable rooms, good food and personal hospitality, with a restaurant open to local visitors too.

We are looking for an experienced hospitality entrepreneur, or an entrepreneurial couple, to run the hotel as their own business under the YOUNG.Hotels name. You lead the daily operation, build and guide the local team, manage the budget and develop opportunities for groups, retreats and local partnerships. YOUNG brings the location, the brand and concept, and support with marketing, distribution and our network.

You have proven experience running a hotel or similar hospitality business, can work locally in Dénia, and are comfortable in English and Spanish.
