THE HAGUE, September 2026.

YOUNG.Beach Club is taking shape in The Hague, the city where YOUNG has its headquarters, with an opening planned for 2027. And we are building it the way we increasingly grow across the group: with a partner. We are looking for an experienced operator who wants to run YOUNG.Beach Club under licence, with the brand, the concept and the support of the group behind them.

More than a place by the sea

YOUNG.Beach Club was never meant to be just a terrace with a view. It is the place where the group comes together: our concepts, our menus, our teams and the way we work, all on one site. Hospitality, sport and entrepreneurship share the same address, with events, community initiatives and youth surf camps as part of the programme.

That is what makes it a flagship. A guest who spends a day at the Beach Club gets a taste of what YOUNG does across hotels, cafés and restaurants, without leaving the sand.

How the licence works

The partner operates YOUNG.Beach Club in The Hague under a brand licence, within the YOUNG concept and its standards. In practice, that means running the location and leading the team, purchasing the agreed YOUNG products and giving our concepts a place to shine on site.

YOUNG does not step back once the licence is signed. Depending on the final agreement, our contribution covers the brand and the concept, marketing and sales, revenue management, purchasing arrangements, systems, onboarding and regular performance reviews, plus access to our network across hospitality, workspaces, real estate and media. The scope is defined before anyone commits, so it is clear from day one what YOUNG supports and what the partner manages.

Who we are looking for

An experienced beach club or hospitality operator with the team and the capacity to run a flagship location. Someone who takes responsibility, works transparently and is ready to represent the wider YOUNG brand in its home city.

Experience matters, but so does attitude. At YOUNG, we look for entrepreneurs who want to build, not just manage.

Clear agreements before anything starts

Every partnership at YOUNG starts with a plan both sides believe in. Before signing, we build the commercial plan together, covering revenue, costs, investment, responsibilities and fees. Under a licence model, YOUNG earns through an agreed licence fee or revenue share. For selected partnerships, YOUNG can also provide financing, assessed on the business plan, the investment required and the partner’s own contribution, with the amount and conditions agreed upfront.

The process follows five steps: introduce your opportunity, explore the fit, build the plan, agree the terms, and launch and grow together.

Room for a partner

This is an invitation. If you have been running beach clubs or hotels and want to do it with a brand, a network and a group behind you, we would like to hear from you.
