There is a method behind every portfolio that actually grows. Not luck, not timing. A method.
For the past 15 years, YOUNG Real Estate Investments has been operating in the Netherlands. The BRRR method. Buy below market value. Rehab to increase it. Rent to generate income. Refinance to pull out equity. Repeat. Property by property, cycle by cycle, the portfolio grew. Quietly, consistently, without shortcuts.
Now that same approach is coming to Spain.
Valencia is the first market. Not because it is easy, but because the fundamentals are there. A city with growing demand, properties with real potential, and a market that still has room to move before it gets crowded. YOUNG Real Estate Investments is already on the ground, moving on its first acquisitions, and opening a boutique office in the city.
But a method only works if the right people are running it.
That is what we are building now. A small, hands-on team in Valencia. Three or four people will run this from the ground up. Sourcing properties, managing renovations, handling tenants, growing the portfolio. People who take ownership without being asked, who move fast, and who want to look back in five years and say they were there from day one.
This is not a job posting inside a large corporation. It is an invitation to build something real, inside a proven ecosystem, in a market that is just getting started.
