Yesterday was the Young Impact Awardshow 2024 , an event that brought together inspiring young people and our extensive and committed network, united by a common goal: to make a positive impact on society.
Now in its eighth year, the awards show once again highlighted those young people who are making a difference, taking their initiatives to the next level.
However, the gala is just the beginning. Together, we want to continue building and expanding this impact.
Younes Asbihi: Look for companies and organizations that actively promote diversity and inclusion. Especially HR professionals or diversity managers who want to support young people from bicultural backgrounds to have equal employment opportunities.
Niels van den Berg: Needs help to develop a website for his climate change themed escape room. This tool will facilitate registrations and take his project to a new level.
Melissa Zijsling: She works tirelessly to break the taboo on mental health through her initiative. Her project is ideal for collaboration with festivals, schools or theater groups, and she is looking for organizations or change agents who share this mission.
Young would like to thank you for your participation and congratulate this year’s winners: Melissa Zijsling , Jeannouel Obispo , Suzanne Rijken , Ishata Rostamkhan , Liselot Coppens , Josien van Oosterhout-Widdershoven , and Younes Asbihi.
Our impact is due to the collaboration of partners who support and contribute to the development of young people towards change. We would like to highlight the support of Nationale-Nederlanden , MDT , MIND Us , Madurodam Kinderfonds , WWF-NL , YoungCapital , NS , KRO-NCRV , ICP , and Ik Ben Fab .
Additional thanks to Nederlandse Spoorwegen for awarding the iNSpirator Award and offering their venue for the event.
Finally, our thanks to the amazing presenters Klaas van Kruistum and Houda Loukili , and to ICP for their impeccable production.
Together, we can continue to help young people make a difference.
