YOUNG Real Estate Investments has acquired the full freehold of a characteristic mixed-use townhouse on Oostduinlaan in The Hague.

On paper, it is a building: a hospitality venue on the ground floor and two residential apartments above. In practice, it represents something more. The residential apartments will remain fully leased, forming part of YOUNG Real Estate Investments’ long-term hold strategy and providing stable, recurring income.

The ground floor, however, marks the beginning of a new chapter. Following a planned revitalisation, the hospitality space will be operated by its sister company, YOUNG Hospitality, and relaunched as part of its expanding portfolio in The Hague.

This is where the ecosystem becomes tangible.

The asset is owned within the group.

The concept is developed within the group.

The operations are executed within the group.

Ownership and operation are aligned within one ecosystem.

Building across ventures, not in isolation

YOUNG has always positioned itself as an ecosystem rather than a collection of standalone projects.

This acquisition reflects that philosophy in practice:

Real estate provides the foundation.

Hospitality activates the space.

The group structure connects both.

Real estate provides the foundation. Hospitality brings it to life.

By combining stable residential income with active hospitality operations under affiliated management, YOUNG strengthens both financial resilience and operational presence in The Hague.

With this addition, YOUNG continues to consolidate its footprint in The Hague, focusing on prime urban locations where long-term ownership and operational creativity intersect.

It is a deliberate way of building: acquire well, operate thoughtfully, and grow through connections between ventures.

Scaling through connection, not fragmentation.

Follow the journey. Join the movement. Be part of YOUNG.
