Most people who want to build a company never actually do it. Not because they lack ideas. Not because they lack ambition. Because there is a gap between thinking about building and actually doing it, and almost nothing out there is designed to close that gap in practice.

Courses teach you frameworks. Incubators give you mentorship. Accelerators connect you with investors. All of it is useful. None of it puts you inside a running business on day one.

That is what the YOUNG 50 Days Program does.

Selected participants step directly into one of the YOUNG ventures. Hospitality, hotels, workspaces, real estate, media. Real companies with real operations, revenue, and teams. From day one, you work on actual tasks, take ownership of parts of the business, and contribute to its growth. Not as a shadow. Not as an observer. As someone the team counts on.

The structure is built around one principle: we do not measure hours. We measure output, speed, ownership, and initiative. The program is part-time and fully remote, which means it is compatible with a job, a study, or any other commitment you already have. What you cannot combine it with is a passive mindset.

YOUNG was built by people who chose to figure things out by doing them. The 50 Days Program is an extension of that, a way to identify the builders who would rather step in than wait for the right moment.

The first participants are already inside the ecosystem.
