Something is taking root in Ibiza

Not a hotel. Not just a villa. Not a concept built on noise.

Something slower. Something rooted. We’ve been quietly shaping a vision on the island, a private Mediterranean estate where hospitality meets land, and where the way a place is built matters as much as what it offers.

The idea is simple, even if the execution isn’t: a villa and a farm. A place where mornings start in the kitchen garden. Where long tables sit under carob trees. Where the olive oil, citrus and herbs you taste at dinner were grown on the same soil your feet are standing on.

Architecture here will respect the island, not impose on it. Materials sourced locally. Spaces that breathe. Nature leads, and what we build follows.

“This is not about building more. It’s about building better.”

Smaller. More intentional. Connected to local producers, materials and traditions that Ibiza has held onto quietly, while everything around it got louder.

What we’re building is a space for:

— Private retreats that feel grounded, not performative

— Intimate gatherings where food, land and people tell the same story

— Those who value silence as much as celebration

A pace the island has always known, and the world is slowly remembering

We are not opening doors yet. But the land is taking shape. The decisions are being made, each one carefully, with the long term in mind.

We’ll share more as the project grows. Through updates, images, and the occasional glimpse behind the scenes of what it takes to build something like this from scratch with intention.

2027. That’s the horizon. For now, we are not opening doors, we are planting seeds.

Something beautiful is growing.

To be continued.
