Introducing the YOUNG Foundation

At YOUNG, we believe that ambition should always meet access — and that every young person deserves the chance to imagine, create, and lead.

With this spirit in mind, we are proud to introduce the YOUNG Foundation: an independent nonprofit being established in the Netherlands, with incorporation and ANBI filing upcoming.

The Foundation’s mission is simple but powerful: to empower underrepresented youth through mentorship, access, and entrepreneurship.

As we prepare for incorporation, the Foundation is already beginning to take shape — recruiting mentors, shaping its inaugural Board of Directors, and building partnerships. These are the first steps in creating a supportive community where young changemakers can take root and grow.

YOUNG is honored to support the Foundation that will stand on its own — with its own governance, Board, and programs — ensuring independence and a clear focus on social impact.
