What if a hotel wasn’t just a place to stay — but a place to recharge, connect and get inspired? That’s the vision behind YOUNG Hotels, YOUNG’s newest venture that blends hospitality, and entrepreneurship. Now that YOUNG’s first hotel Casa del Pantano has officially opened, it’s the perfect moment to speak with Ana Esplá, Operational Manager of YOUNG Hotels, and Valeria Zancaner, Head of Business Development, about how YOUNG is shaping the future of hospitality.

REDEFINING HOSPITALITY

“Our ambition is to redefine hospitality and bring exclusivity to every destination”, explains Ana, who knows the industry inside out. “Every space we create is high-quality, comfortable, and always respects the historic essence of the building, with modern touches that make it feel alive. La Casa del Pantano, a seven-room boutique hotel nestled in the breathtaking La Vall de Laguar, carefully blends traditional charm with contemporary elegance. It also includes two panoramic-view villas, designed for maximum privacy and exclusivity. La Casa del Pantano is a true refuge where history, nature, and modern comfort come together in perfect harmony. ”

HOSPITALITY, THE YOUNG WAY

YOUNG Hotels is all about creating spaces that inspire and connect. But how does that vision come to life in La Casa del Pantano? Valeria explains. “YOUNG has an entrepreneurial and disruptive DNA, and YOUNG Hotels is an extension of that. We want to be different, and we want people to feel it. Each location we build is unique, with experiences that go beyond hospitality. That difference becomes tangible at La Casa del Pantano, a former administrative residence built in the 1940s.”

A NEW CHAPTER

The launch of our very first boutique hotel represents a new chapter for YOUNG,” says Valeria. “It’s a perfect space for people who want to unwind, reconnect, and be inspired. All within a community that aligns with what YOUNG stands for. And as Ana puts it: “La Casa del Pantano is just the beginning.”
