In early February 2021, YVG completed the “Central Parkstraat” project. The project consists of 69 high-end studio apartments on Parkstraat, within walking distance of Binnenhof, Lange Voorhout, Denneweg and Plein 1813.
The original function of the four distinctive buildings was office. Meanwhile, the project is fully leased. YVG will hold the project as a long-term investment.
