YOUNG Real Estate Investments Acquires Mixed-Use Townhouse on Oostduinlaan, The Hague

YOUNG Real Estate Investments has acquired the full freehold of a characteristic townhouse located on the Oostduinlaan in The Hague. The property comprises the hospitality venue Bitterkoud on the ground floor and two fully leased residential apartments on the upper floors.

The acquisition is in line with YOUNG Real Estate Investments’ long-term investment strategy, focused on acquiring and holding high-quality urban assets for sustainable income generation and long-term value creation. The two residential apartments will remain leased as part of this long-term investment approach.

Following a planned revitalization of the ground-floor premises, the hospitality operations will be continued by its sister company, YOUNG Hospitality Group. Upon completion of the refurbishment, YOUNG Hospitality Group will relaunch the venue as part of its expanding hospitality portfolio (Brasserie Runners and Italo Disco).

YOUNG Hospitality Group focuses on developing distinctive hospitality concepts in prime urban locations in The Hague.
