The YOUNG ecosystem came together in The Hague for a Christmas lunch at Brasserie Runners, gathering people from across the holding and different ventures for a moment outside the usual pace of work. It was a chance to reconnect in person, share time offline, and close the year surrounded by the people building YOUNG day by day.

The ecosystem feels different when everyone is in the same room.
Between conversations, laughter and long-table catch-ups, the lunch created space for the kind of connection that doesn’t fit into calendars or calls. Teams that usually interact through projects and messages had the chance to sit side by side, exchange perspectives, and put faces to the work happening across countries and ventures.

Culture isn’t built in meetings. It’s built in moments like this.
As the year comes to an end, the afternoon felt like a quiet marker of everything that has been built so far and everything that’s still ahead. These gatherings matter because they strengthen the trust and rhythm that make collaboration easier once everyone goes back to execution mode.

It wasn’t a break from work. It was part of what made the work sustainable.
Follow the journey. Join the movement. Be part of YOUNG.
