From day-to-day accounting and closing to cash flow, budgets, forecasts and management reporting, our role is to make sure the numbers are accurate, accessible and useful for decision-making.

Our model is simple: ventures own their business, performance and decisions; YOUNG Finance & Accounting owns the financial infrastructure, processes, control and quality behind them. By centralising repeatable expertise, we avoid every company building its own finance department while keeping financial knowledge close to the businesses.

Our ambition is to bring as much recurring financial expertise in-house as makes sense, reducing dependency on external providers and continuously improving how we work through AI, automation and smart systems. The result should be a lean, high-quality and scalable finance platform that can support YOUNG as the ecosystem grows.
