As Head of YOUNG Talents, Maria steps into the role with a clear goal: transforming YOUNG Talents into a fully operational and independent recruitment agency. That means building a solid brand and digital presence, setting up a scalable operational model, ensuring high-impact hiring for YOUNG’s ventures and beyond, and: preparing YOUNG Talents for international expansion.

Maria’s background includes major content and strategy projects, most recently at Grupo Xtra. Now, she’s ready to bring her energy and experience to YOUNG. “What motivated me was the opportunity to build something from the ground up. I saw a clear path to evolve YOUNG Talents into a professional recruitment consultancy that delivers value not just internally, but potentially on a global scale. It was too exciting not to be part of!”

Any words of wisdom from Maria to talented people out there? “I’m passionate about supporting youth careers and connecting the dots between talent and opportunity.
