Founding Hub Associate – South Africa

With hubs already active in Valencia, Amsterdam, and now launching in New York, we’re expanding into South Africa. In this role, you’ll explore and kick-start opportunities across our YOUNG ventures. We already have a beautiful base office in Cape Town, and our management team will visit regularly, you’ll be the one to activate it!

Publishing Manager – YOUNG Media

As a Publishing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the publication strategy of YOUNG Media’s platforms & formats. You have a keen eye for content, understand how to reach a broad audience, and know how to make publications commercially successful.

Sous chef – Alicante – YOUNG Hotels

Do you have at least two years of professional kitchen experience and are you based in Alicante? As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to strengthen our team at the hotel located in La Vall del Laguar. You will be second in command in the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef. This role combines leadership, organization, and advanced culinary skills.

Waiter / Waitress – Alicante- YOUNG Hotels

Are you customer-focused, attentive to detail, and passionate about hospitality? We’re looking for an experienced waiter or waitress to provide exceptional service at our hotel located in La Vall de Laguar. In this role, you’ll ensure a high-quality dining experience for our hotel guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Revenue Manager – Alicante – YOUNG Hotels

With locations in Dénia and the Netherlands, and a new one opening soon in Mallorca, we’re on track to grow to 15-20 boutique hotels across Europe in the coming years. That’s where you come in: a smart, hands-on Revenue Manager with proven experience in hotel revenue management, or high-level pricing in hospitality, to help lead that growth.
