About Runners :
Young Properties recently acquired the real estate and the operation of Restaurant Runners in The Hague. Restaurant Runners has been a household name in The Hague for 40 years and we are honored to continue this amazing establishment.
We are looking for a gifted, enthusiastic and experienced co-founder for this.
Someone who, like us, believes in an all-day open concept aimed at families, the business market and small events.
Your role includes :
Conceive, set up and operate Runners 2.0
Renovate the location (a permit has already been applied for for optimization and expansion), furnish it and make it more efficient
Assemble a team
Compose a menu, marketing, promotion, organization
The ideal candidate has :
Extensive hotel/hospitality experience but no longer interested in the “big” jobs
Honest and a team player
Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
The customer is king
