About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Podcast Producer to spearhead the creation of multiple podcast productions. This role is perfect for someone with a creative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a love for storytelling. You will have the opportunity to shape the narrative and manage the production of podcasts that inspire, inform, and captivate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the production of podcast episodes across diverse themes such as entrepreneurship, lifestyle, crime, and news.
- Coordinate and schedule guest appearances, ensuring a dynamic lineup of speakers.
- Manage the logistics of podcast recording, including scouting and booking recording locations.
- Organize and streamline the production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote podcast episodes.
- Ensure high-quality audio production and storytelling excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in podcast production or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with guests, locations, and team members.
- Creative flair for storytelling and the ability to engage audiences.
- Technical knowledge of podcast recording equipment and editing software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (in-office and remote).
- Willingness to travel between Valencia and Heemstede if required.

- Competitive salary between €2,300 and €3,300 gross/month, based on your age and experience.
