Job Description:
What Will You Do?
- Build and expand a small, complementary team.
- List properties on the platform and handle inquiries.
- Oversee the marketing and branding of the platform.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in collaboration with our technical partner.
- Perform light property management and rental activities as needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an entrepreneurial all-rounder with in-depth real estate knowledge. Experience in property management, leasing, and real estate financing is a strong plus. You are action-oriented and able to make quick decisions without overthinking.

Exploration Phase for Entrepreneurship
As Managing Director, you will start with an exploration phase focused on entrepreneurship. During this phase, you will work closely with us to discover and validate business opportunities. This is your chance to test and develop your vision and ideas, with the support of our team. This phase typically lasts from 1 to 8 weeks.
During this exploration phase, we do not offer a salary or compensation. This emphasizes our shared investment spirit: we build something great together, with equal commitment from both you and our team. Successful completion of this phase will lead to your central role in the further development of Young Rentals.
