Business Developer Manager

What will you do :

• Brand Acquisition : Identify and acquire media brands that align with Young Media’s mission and growth strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our portfolio with new and exciting brands.
• Negotiation : Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for brand acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial deals that foster long-term success.
• Strategic Growth : Develop and implement strategies to grow and scale newly acquired brands, driving revenue and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms.
• Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages that can propel our brands forward.
• Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential sellers, industry partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and growth.

What we are looking for :

• Experience : Proven track record in business development, especially in media or related industries, with a focus on brand acquisition and growth.
• Skills : Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and seize new opportunities.
• Mindset : An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, creativity, and making a significant impact in the media landscape.
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
