Job Description :

About the job: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Acquisitions Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing high-potential investment opportunities. You will be responsible for evaluating potential investments, canvassing for off-market deals, and collaborating with the acquisitions team through every stage of the deal process, from initial sourcing to final acquisition. Your contributions will be key in driving the success of our investment strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively canvass the market to identify new investment opportunities, with a focus on off-market properties.
Conduct research and analysis to evaluate potential acquisitions, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.
Assist in the preparation of investment presentations, proposals, and due diligence materials.
Work closely with senior team members to manage the acquisitions pipeline and ensure timely execution of deals.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and other stakeholders to secure exclusive opportunities.
Assist in negotiations and the documentation process for acquiring new properties.
Support the team in tracking market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in real estate investment and acquisitions.
Ability to evaluate investment opportunities, including financial analysis and market research.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to canvass and develop relationships to secure off-market deals.
