Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Execution & Follow-Up: Ensuring BD initiatives are implemented effectively without daily micromanagement.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Consolidating key metrics from ventures (revenue, profitability, expenses, investment needs) into structured reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Communication & Coordination: Acting as the bridge between BD&I and ventures to streamline updates, reports, and follow-ups, ensuring alignment without interfering in day-to-day operations.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and implementing tracking systems for business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, business coordination, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting structures is a plus.
  • Fluent in English
